First Light welcomes those who are navigating mental health challenges, working to improve their wellness, or seeking a new way to understand themselves and others. Each person is met with compassion and space to grow through honest, ground-based work with horses.

We help others see themselves in a different setting and make connections with each other and the horses. We are sharing an experience and hope that we can help people see that they have a lot more to them than meets the eye.
